Our purpose

The Mandate

The Uba Sani Engagement and Sensitisation Forum (USESF) is committed to building a coordinated, inclusive and well-informed network of support groups across Kaduna State’s 23 Local Government Areas, 255 wards and 8,012 polling units. In preparation for the 2027 elections, USESF provides a platform to register and document support-group members, strengthen communication and coordination, and promote constructive engagement and awareness at the grassroots. Through this structure, the Forum seeks to foster unity of purpose and organise support for Governor Uba Sani’s leadership and vision for Kaduna State.

Project255 — development across all 255 wards

All 255 wards, Kaduna State

Project255 is the Kaduna State Government programme designed so that each of the State's 255 wards benefits from at least one impactful project. The programme's official site lists 255 wards covered, 255 projects implemented and 6.3M+ beneficiaries reached, with 90+ schools renovated, 57+ health centres, 45+ roads rehabilitated, 38+ boreholes constructed, 12+ community projects and 10+ rural electrification initiatives.

In its two-year review, the Kaduna State Government reported 82 road projects awarded, of which 32 had been completed. It also listed the completion of inherited projects including the Kaduna Bridge (Kabala Costain to Aliyu Makama Road) and the Rabah Road–Rigasa Train Station expressway.

Durum – Kuruntumawa, Makarfi LGA

The Durum to Kuruntumawa road in Makarfi Local Government was commissioned. According to the Kaduna State Government, the ground-breaking was performed in September 2025 and the project was completed in about three months. The same report notes electricity restoration in Makarfi and a remodelled, newly equipped Makarfi General Hospital awaiting commissioning at the time of publication.

Primary healthcare centres upgraded to Level 2

The Kaduna State Government reports that 174 of the State's 255 Primary Healthcare Centres have been upgraded to Level 2 status, and that equipment has been provided to 290 PHCs. It also reports 13 of the State's 33 General Hospitals being rehabilitated across the three senatorial districts.

Classrooms and new secondary schools

Kaduna State

The Kaduna State Government reports over 600 classrooms constructed and renovated, 62 new secondary schools built with 50 more under construction, and six new science secondary schools funded by the Islamic Development Bank, completing a project that had stalled for 16 years.

Abuja – Kaduna – Zaria – Kano; flag-off at Jere, Kagarko LGA

President Tinubu flagged off reconstruction of the Abuja–Kaduna–Zaria–Kano Expressway on 13 April 2025 at Jere, Kagarko LGA (the Governor of Kaduna State represented the President). The 700 km corridor is being rebuilt in sections; Section I (Abuja–Kaduna, 280 km) was announced at ₦777 billion, with solar-powered street lighting and CCTV surveillance planned throughout.

It also cites nearly 3,000 primary health centres revitalised under the IMPACT programme and 27 Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care sites established.
